We do not ship internationally
Addresses must be within the USA. We ship via UPS and can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box or APO/AFO.

Dermasilk Brands offer all of our customers an opportunity to receive a refund* if not completely satisfied. To qualify for a refund follow the steps below that best match your method of purchase.

Did you purchase directly from our website or with our customer service department?
Return all used and unused bottles/boxes to Dermasilk Brands with a letter containing a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, your complete mailing address, daytime phone number and the reason for the return.

If more than one bottle/box of the same item was purchased you must return the unused portion of the order in SALEABLE condition (i.e. unopened and undamaged) to qualify for a refund. In the case of multiple box/bottle orders, guarantee is void if second bottle/box is opened. Continued use of product after first bottle/box is opened constitutes satisfaction of product and consumer waives their right to a refund.

Did you purchase from a retailer or other website?
Follow the retailers return policy as listed on the receipt, website, or by inquiring at the store.

If the store or website refuses to issue a refund, call us. After you receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, mail us the ORIGINAL** receipt and the product. Also include a letter with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, your name, address, daytime phone number and the reason for the return.

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone requesting a refund from DermaSilk Brands MUST call 1-800-886-9052 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER within 60 days from date of purchase.

*Refunds DO NOT include reimbursement for shipping and handling or return postage.

**We will NOT provide a refund without the original receipt showing date of purchase. Photocopies, altered receipts or receipts missing the date of purchase are not valid and will void your ability to receive a refund.

We are not liable for missing, stolen, or returns lost in transit. Please ship appropriately. Refunds will be processed within 6-8 weeks from our receipt of the package providing all requirements have been fulfilled as outlined above."
